Return & Refund Policy
At Virtuous Walk, every item is made to order through our fulfillment partner. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to size, color preference, or buyer’s remorse. Please review product details carefully before placing your order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong product, we’ll gladly replace it or issue a refund. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@virtuouswalk.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos showing the problem
We’ll work quickly to resolve the matter.
Order Issues
- Wrong Address: If you provide an incorrect address and the package cannot be delivered, it will be returned to the sender. We can reship it at your expense once the correct address is confirmed.
- Lost Packages: If your order doesn’t arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us. We’ll coordinate with the carrier to investigate.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing, depending on your bank or card provider.
Exclusions
We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Digital products (if applicable)
- Orders placed more than 14 days prior to the claim
